Proposals are requested from qualified firms for a new advanced in-dispenser fleet fueling control system at Highway Department locations in Abbottsford, Stratford, Hatley, Mosinee, and Wausau, Wisconsin. The fueling control system at Wausau and Mosinee will be relocated to a new highway shop facility in Kronen wetter once its completed. Work includes removal and disposal of existing fuel systems at the specified locations, and a turnkey installation of the new system, ensuring full functionality upon completion, including owner training. The required system is a Wayne iX Fleet Fuel Control System or an approved equal. The fleet fueling control system at the Wausau and Mosinee locations will be relocated to the new highway shop facility in Kronen wetter when the new highway shop is completed in early 2028. Marathon County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any technicality in anybid/proposal submitted, and to accept any of a bid/proposal as deemed to be in the best interests of Marathon County. Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the removal of the existing fuel systems at the noted locations, disposal of the existing system and a turnkey installation for the new fuel system to include all required work necessary for the system to be functional upon completion of the installation to include owner training.
