Delivery schedule WORK PERIODS Confirmation of the construction team: January 16, 2026 Plans for construction: March 27, 2026 Start of construction: April 6, 2026 Internal delivery, to take over classes: August 19, 2026. Installation of furniture before the arrival of staff Outdoor delivery: September 11, 2026, including the land April 6, 2026 to September 11, 2026 (construction site) Clarification on the work schedule 1. Current school period (25-26) - April 6, 2026 to June 26, 2026 1.1. Plan for the presence of students on site (land and building) from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 1.2. Daytime work in the existing building will not be permitted unless approved by CSSPS considering the specialized clientele of the school. 1.3. School interior works 1.3.1. Dismantling work in the interior spaces of the existing school will not be permitted during the academic period unless approved by CSSPS. The exterior work can start before the end of the school year 2025-2026. Plan the presence of students on site (land and building) from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM 1.4.1. The field finishing and paving work of the schoolyard must be completed no later than September 25, 2026. 4.7. The finishing work on the exterior coating must be completed by September 11, 2026, at the latest. 4.8.
