Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Worth, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The Village of Worth is accepting bids for the Water's Edge Clubhouse Flooring Project. The project involves carpeting and tile removal and installation in the Water's Edge Golf Club clubhouse building. Qualified contractors with relevant experience are invited to present their qualifications, capabilities, and proposals. Bids must be placed in an opaque, sealed envelope with the submission date, bidder's name and address, and "Village of Worth Flooring Project" noted in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. No electronically transmitted bids will be accepted. Sealed bids should be submitted to the Village Clerk's Office, Worth Village Hall, 7112 W. 111th Street, Worth, Illinois 60482. The Village reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, waive irregularities or informalities in proposals or procedures, and to award the contract in the manner that best serves its interests.
