One Step Process for Shepard Elementary School Renovation The Shepard Elementary renovation scope will include renovation of select portions of the building to incorporate more restrooms. Work also includes the replacement or upgrade of electrical panels, installation of a new voice evacuation fire alarm system, replacement of sprinkler valves, installation of all new controls, providing a new digital marquee, and new lavatory multi-use wash stations. The estimated construction budget is $5,400,000, and the location is 1000 Wilson Drive, Plano, TX 75075. Proposers may obtain proposal documents and specifications through Ionwave. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain and review any addenda related to this proposal. Proposals must be clearly identified and delivered by the specified receipt date and time.
