Site work for a water / sewer project in Elkland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of improvements to the influent pump station; improving the aeration system by adding DO probes, MLSS probes, ORP probes and sampling catwalks; replacing the blowers and rehabilitating the aeration distribution system; adding additional process monitoring equipment; new headworks equipment; and installing various health and safety program upgrades at the wastewater treatment facilities. The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under this contract. Bidders must make bids in writing on the forms furnished and bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder(s) must self-perform a minimum of 50% of the contracted work. All bid questions or Requests for Information must be submitted to Bradley B. Upson (bupson@labellapc.com) by 5:00 pm on December 11, 2025. Questions or requests for additional information submitted after this date/time may not receive a response.
