Reference Number 0000307969 Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consultant Services: SD250001 - Multidiscipline Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services - Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) - Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award two (2) Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) to provide "as and when required" professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above. The two (2) SOAs will be established to a maximum estimated value of $600,000.00 and $600,000.00 respectfully, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1)-year period and increased in the order of $300,000.00 and $300,000 respectively, for the additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 20,000.00 and $ 80,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
