Site work for a mixed-use development in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade power facility.
Rowan County is issuing a Request for Proposals to identify the most qualified firm or firms to develop one or more landfill gas to energy or other beneficial use projects utilizing landfill gas from the Rowan County Landfill. Responses are expected to include finance, design, permitting, construction, ownership, operation, and management of landfill gas collection, handling, and/or processing equipment for conversion of the landfill gas to a revenue-generating product or products. Proposers must not take advantage of any errors or omissions in the RFP and should promptly notify the County of any errors found. All questions related to the RFP must be directed to the Purchasing Director, and any contact with County Staff or Board of Commissioners is prohibited and cause for rejection. The County reserves the right to award and/or reject any and/or all proposals and waive any technicalities or irregularities. For complete details, consult the bid package.
