Separate sealed bids will be received for the furnishing of the annual supply of chemicals for the treatment of water within the cities of Kelso and Longview. Bids must be submitted in accordance with provided instructions, either by mail or delivered to specified locations. Bidding documents are available for examination and downloading. Bidders are solely responsible for checking and obtaining any addenda. The cities affirm compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and encourage disadvantaged business enterprises, as well as small, minority, and women-owned firms, to submit bids. Both City Councils reserve the right to reject any or all bids, accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City, waive any informalities, and delay the award until a Council meeting.
