Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bryan, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

** As January 5, 2025 owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies.** Design and build services for the replacement of the existing HVAC system at City of Bryan Fire Station No. 2. Firms are requested to provide full design and turn-key installation of residential HVAC split systems to replace the current failed Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system. The City intends to select a single firm for these services. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 10:00 AM CT In order to ensure a fair and objective RFQ process and evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Qualifications shall be addressed in writing, via online. The estimated budget for this project is between $600,000 and $800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
