Each compliant submission received will be part of a register that will be ratified by resolution of the municipal council, which will be in effect for an approximate duration of fifteen (15) month either from the date of its award until March 31, 2027, and will constitute the contract subject to this call for tenders. This register includes four (4) distinct directories, depending on the type of soil to be disposed. Bidders may submit a bid for one or more repertoires, depending on their ability to receive the type(s) of soil(s) requested.
