Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Stafford Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 25,801-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

A. On-Line Electronic Access Control System: Furnish and install at the indicated locations the specified electrified and integrated door hardware and access control firmware and software for a completely operational access control and security site management system. System includes, but is not necessarily limited, to the following 1. Electrified integrated card reader locks and exit hardware, permanent and temporary override cylinders, network control processors, reader controller panels, I/O monitor/control interfaces, door position switches, remote card readers, keypads, and display terminals, access cards and credentials, system application software, special tools, operating manuals, and required cabling and accessories as detailed below and listed in the Access Control Hardware Sets at the end of Part 3. a. Provide the appropriate number of reader controller panels and I/O monitoring/control expansion interfaces as needed to handle the number of card readers, locking devices, door status devices, and identified alarm inputs specified in this section, and as shown on the security drawings. b. Provide manufacturer approved integrated card reader locks, exit hardware, and remote mounted card readers, keypads, and display terminals that are functionally compatible with the specified access control equipment interfaces. 2. Access control system equipment to be installed in an enclosure box compatible with the specified components. This enclosure to include, but is not necessarily limited to, the network control processor, I/O monitor/control interface panels, power supplies, terminal strips, wire ducts, keyed lock cylinder, integrated outlet for A/C power, and standoffs. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Project Site, 250 North Main Street, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050 at 3:30 pm prevailing time on 12-03-2025, Question Deadline 12/30/2025 In order to be given consideration and timely issuance of Addenda, if any, written requests for interpretation are requested at least ten (10) business days, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays excepted prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. The Pla Will Be Binding Upon All Contractors Performing on Site Project Work, as Defined in Article 3 of the Pla. Should You Have Any Questions, Please Contact the Architect's Office at Bidding@spiezle.com Neither the Owner, Nor the Architect Will Assume Any Responsibility for Bids Mailed or Misdirected in Delivery. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Calendar Days From the Opening of the Bids. Bids Shall Be Placed in a Sealed Envelope With the Name of the Project Clearly Marked on the Front of the Envelope and Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent 10% of the Bid, but Not More Than $20,000. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids Pursuant to Applicable Law and Waive Any Minor Immaterial Informalities in the Bidding Process in Accordance With the Law. The Contract, if Awarded, Shall Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Whose Bid is Responsive in All Material Respects to the Bid Requirements. No Bid Shall Be Deemed Accepted Until the Adoption of a Formal Resolution by the Owner.
