This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a 3-year blanket order agreement. The awarded bidder/vendor is required to supply materials for electrical controls such as, but not limited to, capacitors, breakers, blocks, meters, and switches for citywide developments and the L.I.C. Warehouse. These materials should be readily available for delivery within 30 days after receipt of order on an "as needed basis" during the contract period. Quantities are estimates based on current usage and may vary depending on the needs of the New York City Housing Authority. All price adjustable RFQs are fixed for one year after the award date, with one price increase per year allowed upon review of supporting documentation. Payment terms are 2/10 NET 30. NYCHA reserves the right to make award by line or by class as indicated. Samples may be required within 10 days of request. Requirement documents are due at bid closing. There is no minimum quantity per order. Vendors must be registered with the NYS DOS and participate in the Authority's M/WBE Program. All NYCHA vendors are required to submit either an MWBE Utilization Plan, a Waiver of MWBE Utilization Plan with an explanation, or, if unable to meet goals, a waiver request. Failure to complete the utilization plan or waiver by the bid close date may result in the bid being considered non-responsive. All shipping charges must be included in unit prices. All HUD forms must be submitted. All questions should be submitted via email and responses will be uploaded to I-Supplier.
