Scope of Work: This fixed contract is for Mechanical integrity tests (MIT) that shall be performed on two injection wells. This is an operating wastewater treatment plant, and the testing shall have to be coordinated with plant operations. Time is of the essence in completing this program. No unreasonable delays will be tolerated in beginning or completing this program. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and utilities necessary to complete all Work described in these Contract Documents. The MIT generally consists of a downhole video survey, a casing pressure test, a static temperature survey and a radioactive tracer survey (RTS) on each injection well in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. Solicitation Requirements: (Vendor is cautioned that this is a summary only and the full solicitation must be reviewed). - County/State License Requirements Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) Requirements refer to: Procurement Preferences for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and County Business Enterprises (CBE) Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation requirements. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through online by the Questions due date.
