The Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District seeks bids for the removal, rehabilitation, and reinstallation of one 600hp 460 V motor from the Southwest Ground Water Treatment Plant at 8215 South 1300 West. Bids must be submitted using the designated Bid Schedule and include the Information Required of Contractors. Bids may be delivered in person, by fax, or email. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure bids are received by the specified deadline. Work is to be completed within 90 days from acceptance of the Award of Purchase Order. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, and the selected contractor must hold an active business license in good standing, be registered with the State of Utah, and secure all required insurance and certifications within 10 days of the award. Payment will be made after inspection and rebuild of the motor, or upon completion, at the contractor’s discretion. Deviations from the described work require prior written authorization.
