**As of January 13, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Battle Creek Public Schools will accept sealed bids for Network Electronics projects, requiring compliance with outlined bidder instructions, general conditions, Universal Service Fund conditions, scope of work, timeline requirements, awarded contract requirements, and product/service specifications. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and as an electronic copy via the Triple R bidder portal by the specified deadline. All bids must include a five percent bid bond, a signed signature page, bill of materials, familial disclosure affidavit, Iran-linked business affidavit, and at least four references (one from a school). No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, email, or facsimile bids will be considered. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery, and bids received late or missing required documentation may be rejected. The district retains discretion over the selection process and the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, based on the best interests of the District. Bidders must comply with all bid requirements and may visit the site to familiarize themselves with local conditions. Any variance from specifications must be fully explained in writing. Comparable brands or model numbers to those specified are considered if they meet the required construction, materials, and workmanship standards. Substitutions are permitted only with district approval and at no additional cost to the district. All expenses related to bid preparation are the bidder's responsibility.
