Project is the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District - Ryan Gulch Road Watermain Replacement, PRV Zone 6-5, & Town Of Silverthorne Interconnect. This is a Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District project. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals are included. Also, certified DBEs or a consortium of certified DBEs are encouraged to bid. The SRF required Davis-Bacon Wages are used for this project. Ryan Gulch Road Watermain Replacement: The scope of this project is to install a new water main along Ryan Gulch Road replacing an existing water main. The project includes 8-inch diameter ductile iron pipe, gate valves, tees, bends, fire hydrants, water services, testing, etc. PRV Zone 6-5: The scope of the project is to install a new prefabricated Pressure Reducing Vault (PRV) at the corner of Bashore Court and Ryan Gulch Road and associated piping. Town of Silverthorne Interconnect: The scope of the project includes 12-inch waterline, fire hydrant, and fittings to connect Buffalo Mountain Metro District water distribution to Town of Silverthorne water distribution. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of bid price is required, and Performance, Payment, and Warranty Bond in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required.
