Description

New construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; swimming pool; and for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.

SPR is requesting Proposals from qualified general contractors to provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the Green Lake Community Center Renovation and New Aquatics Center. This is a phased project that includes preconstruction services and construction of a new aquatics center, replacement of the existing play area, and renovation of the existing community center. Question Submission Deadline:January 2, 2026, 5:00pm The project will utilize the GC/CM contracting procedure defined in RCW 39.10. This Project is a Covered Project subject to the City of Seattle's Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and Priority Hire SMC 20.37. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
