Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Dexter, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade restaurant.
Watertown International Airport Gateway Redevelopment Grant Restaurant The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of an airport restaurant in the existing airport terminal building, including interior and exterior modifications. Bid proposals must be made in accordance with the bid documents. Bidders must supply all the information required by the proposal forms. Bidders are responsible for downloading and obtaining all bid documents and addenda from the specified online portal. Bids may not be submitted via fax or email, and all bids submitted must remain valid for up to ninety days from the date of the bid opening. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing to the Engineer and copied to the County Purchasing Department. No verbal questions will be answered. All questions regarding this bid should be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or email) to the Engineer, McFarland Johnson, at aerdmann@mjinc.com and copy the County Purchasing Department, at bids@jeffersoncountyny.gov. The County will issue no response to any request for clarification received within ten (10) days of the due date.
