The City of Corpus Christi is developing an RFQ for OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES supporting the implementation of a Seawater Desalination Plant that will be located within the city limits. The treatment plant is proposed to be delivered by an alternative delivery method. The OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE will be an advisor to the City through the design, construction, and commissioning process. The qualified respondent should have experience advising owners on the design, financing, and implementation of significant projects and programs. Preferably, the qualified respondent’s experience would also include expertise in desalination, water, or wastewater treatment delivery. The City of Corpus Christi (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). The City is seeking qualified firms interested in providing Owner’s Representative Services for the Inner Harbor Desalination Plant. The City intends to enter into a Master Services Agreement (also referred to herein as “Contract” or “Agreement”) for these services. The term of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) will be for five (5) Years. The maximum contract value has not been determined.
