The City of Irving is contracting for renovations for the Heritage Senior Center Courtyard Renovation Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove the existing pavement and landscape material and install new pavement, synthetic turf, a picnic shelter, a shade canopy, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and lighting, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funded Heritage Senior Center Courtyard Renovation which includes demolition and removal of the existing pavement and plant material and installation of a new pavement, picnic shelter, synthetic turf, shade canopy and site furniture.
