Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; 1,350-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of Angels Park Improvements project, which consists of: 1. Construction of a new 1,350 SF building inclusive of garage space and public-use accessible bathrooms. 2. Building electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. 3. Site work including clearing and grubbing of trees, pavement improvements, and retaining wall installation. 4. All other Work shown in the Drawings and called for in the Specifications. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of the deposited amount for documents returned in reusable condition within the time limit indicated above. The Work shall be performed at Exchange Park, Evansdale, IA 50707. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds acceptable to the Owner on forms provided in the specifications in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
