Additional Project Items Include Curb and Gutter Replacement, Ornamental Brick/stone Seat Walls, Ornamental Metal Benches, Metal Trash Receptacles, Storm Drain Inlet Modifications, Water Meter Resets, Site Lighting, Parking/ada Re-striping, and Associated Temporary Traffic Control. Prequalification is Not Required on This Project. The Entire Project Shall Be Completed in One Hundred Twenty (120) Working Days Bracket Estimate for Base Bid is $1,250,000.00 to $1,400,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
