Site work for a civil project in Harlan, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to approximately 11,800 LF of 2-inch pressure sewer, 3,200 LF of 1 1/2 -inch pressure service lateral, 2,750 LF of 2-inch pressure service lateral, 20 simplex grinder pump stations, 2 duplex grinder pump stations, and upgrades to the Main Lift Stations which includes replacing pumps, controls, electrical, and emergency generator. The work includes piping, site work, electrical, and all other work required for the completion of the project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
