Remodeling of a municipal facility in Richmond, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Town of Richmond is accepting sealed bids from licensed and qualified contractors for installing an HVAC Mini-Split system for two adjacent impound areas along with a condenser unit at the Richmond Animal Control facility, 51 Buttonwoods Road, Richmond, RI. 1. Procure, wire and install: a. One (1) Mitsubishi H21 hyper heat pump outdoor unit, 18,000 BTU, R454-B refrigerant; b. Two (2) Mitsubishi wall mount heat pump indoor wall mount units, one in the Cat Pound Room and one in the Dog Pound Room; c. One (1) Condensing Unit wall bracket; d. Refrigeration and condensate drain piping including slim duct line set cover; e. Control wiring extending from the outdoor unit to two (2) wall units. 2. The Town of Richmond has a donor to fund the cost of one Mitsubishi wall mount unit, so the bidder should deduct that unit from their estimate
