Renovation of a mixed-use development in Suffern, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library; and museum.
Scope of Work The County of Rockland, Facilities Management Department (hereinafter referred to as "The County") is requesting from qualified professional Architecture & Engineering design firms, proposals for the development and preparation of plans and specifications for Capital Project 8343 RCC Library Upgrades and Improvements - Holocaust Museum Railroad Freight Car Exhibit. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway." Note - As per Addendum 1 A Preproposal meeting was convened on December 4, 2025 @ 9:30am at 50 Sanatorium Road, Building A, Room 118. An on-site walkthrough will be held on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
