The Work consists of installation of approximately 900 LF of storm drain and relocation of approximately 750 LF of water and wastewater utilities within existing City right-of-way, roadway and pavement repair associated with utility installation, construction of soldier pile wall and rock riprap basin at Williamson Creek. Maintenance Bond: If the Contract Documents contemplate a period of maintenance beyond the one (1) year contractual warranty period, OWNER agrees that any bond to be required for such maintenance work will be in the amount of the maintenance work during any extended maintenance period.
