The Spartanburg Water System will accept sealed responses for the purpose of gathering specification information, costs, and selecting a provider that can furnish and deliver the water treatment chemical Polymer Liquid. You are hereby invited to submit sealed responses for drinking water treatment chemical Polymer Liquid for the Spartanburg Water System (a political subdivision of the City of Spartanburg, overseen by the commission of Public Works of the City of Spartanburg, South Carolina). All prices shall be firm for (45) forty-five days after bid date. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Question Responses Due to potential bidders 12/15/2025. All questions regarding this procurement can be emailed to Johnny L. Lester, Jr. at jlester@spartanburgwater.org. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any bids or proposals that appear to be in the best interest of the Commission and further reserve the right to waive irregularities in the bids and to reject any and all bids received. In the case of tie bids, award will be made based on the tie bid procedure as part of the Owner's Procurement Policy.
