Reference Number 0000308260 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/11 03:00:00 PM EST The University of Ottawa ("University") continuously strives to manage costs and maximize value by establishing strong, consistent relationships with suppliers that demonstrate the ability, over the long run, to provide quality goods and services at competitive prices. Duration: 3 years Option: Option to extend for one (1) additional two (2) year period at mutual consent (total of 5 years). This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation to prospective qualified Proponents to present Prequalification Submissions so that the University may establish VOR Arrangements for General Repair Services with five (5) Successful Proponents. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of Successful Proponents based on the overall scoring of the Prequalification Submissions. The University may add Shortlisted Proponents at a later date to potentially supplement the VOR Roster(s) at the University's discretion. Refer to Exhibit 2 - Scope of Services, Specifications and Expectations. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
