Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Auburn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Request for Qualifications for Prequalification of Terrazzo Flooring Trade Contractors for the Auburn Fire Rescue Headquarters. The Town of Auburn, through its Prequalification Committee, requests qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified Terrazzo Flooring Trade Contractors to submit Statements of Qualifications for prequalification for the Auburn Fire Rescue Headquarters. The Owner's Project Manager is Leftfield and the Designer is Tecton Architects. The estimated total construction cost is $25,000,000. SOQs must be submitted electronically through the designated website. Any questions should be directed by email only to the specified contact and prospective respondents shall not communicate with any other person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee during the RFQ process except through written questions as outlined. The Committee reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, waive minor informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town of Auburn.
