Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City intends to carry out the stabilization of these three sites using a Design-Build Project delivery model. The City is soliciting proposals from Design-Build Teams to complete design, permitting, construction and post-construction monitoring for the 3 sites. The City of Oshawa (herein after referred to as the City) requires bank stabilization work on the Oshawa Creek watercourse. More specifically this project is focused on addressing erosion issues at Sites 3, 6 & 8 between Thomas Street and Wentworth St W.
