The project is expected to be awarded on December 11, 2025.** The City of Weed ("City") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for comprehensive mold remediation services at City Hall. Work includes investigation, containment, removal, cleaning, disposal, and restoration across the entire building, in accordance with: oANSI/IICRC S520 (Professional Mold Remediation Standard) oEPA Mold Remediation in Government Buildings California Building Standards Code (Title 24) California Labor Code (Prevailing Wage, DIR Registration) Findings and recommendations in Attachment A titled "Guzi-West Mycometer & Tape Lift Investigation Report (12/19/24)" o Requirements of the City's Professional Services Agreement (PSA), provided as Attachment B (executed after award) Contract Duration 30 Working Days Bonds Required 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond Bid Security 10% of the total proposed price Maintenance bond 1 year (typically 10-15% of contract value)
