Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Arboles, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade, two-unit multi-residential development.
**As of January 20th, 2026, the project was awarded to Wojtyczka Enterprises LLC, with an awarded amount of $980,093.74** The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the removal and disposal of the existing residence, and the complete furnishing and installation of two (2) New Employee Residences in accordance with these Bid Documents. Bids shall be submitted using the form provided in the project specifications. Online bid submittals are not accepted. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required with bid proposals of $50,000.00 or more. All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Design Engineer, Jordan Hasz at jordan.hasz@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is December 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
