Upgrades and renovations to the Dorchester Reservoir. The scope of work includes repair of the masonry coating, demolition of exterior brick and concrete roof slabs, waterproofing and insulation of walls and roofs, installation of new brick and aluminum panels with support structures. TIMELINE: The owner has taken the decision to postpone the complete refurbishment work due to a found safe temporary solution, cancelled the tender for the general contractor 063-GGP-P-25/20107640 and will not proceed with the construction. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
