The Housing Authority of Monroe County will receive sealed bids online for IFB 2025-04 Barnum, Lenox and Kistler Repairs. All bids must be submitted online via the PennBid Program. All documents and solicitation are available online for no cost. A pre-bid conference is encouraged but not mandatory. Questions must be submitted via the "Ask a Question" feature in PennBid and will be answered online. Submit required cost information as provided. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid, in the form of either a certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the Housing Authority of Monroe County, or bid bond on the form provided, with acceptable corporate surety company as identified in Department of Treasury Circular No. 570, and authorized to do business in Pennsylvania. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, each in a sum equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price, in a corporate surety company identified in Department of Treasury Circular No. 570 and acceptable to the Housing Authority of Monroe County. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the date of opening. The Housing Authority of Monroe County reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof.
