In addition to the splash pad, the existing restroom will be renovated to improve the structure, ADA compliance and to add a room to house the splash pad equipment. This work will include structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to complete. All equipment for the splash pad are to be installed in the new room and connected to the splash pad. Construction of new walls and replacing the existing roofing will be needed to enclose the new splash pad equipment room.
