Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Major quantities for the work include one lump sum Knights Avenue Lift Station Upgrades. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Bidders proof of responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The contract requires the use of American iron and steel products, including lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. Contractors will be required to provide the owner documentation of the use of American iron and steel. Contractors shall comply with minimum wages and labor standards and conditions of employment as determined by the Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action requirements apply to this project. MBEs, WBEs, and SBRAs are encouraged to submit bid proposals. The Village of Kewaskum reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Village. Question Deadline 12/31/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
