Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Palestine, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.

Sealed bids are invited for the New Palestine High School Pool Renovation. The work is to be completed under a Single Prime Contract, with bids to be submitted on a lump sum basis for all labor, materials, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the Construction Drawings and Project Manual. Bidders and their subcontractors must comply with the requirements of Indiana's House Enrollment Act #1019. Prime Bidders may obtain Contract Documents for bidding at no cost from Eastern Engineering or through their website. Subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase plans. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond for 10% of the Base Bid plus all additive Alternate Bids payable to New Palestine Community Schools. The successful bidder will be required to procure and pay for a 100% Performance Bond/Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to the contract price. Bonds must be from approved surety companies and remain in effect until contract execution. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening without Owner consent. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
