The purpose of this proposal is to provide labor, material, and equipment necessary to improve the parking area and storm drainage at 58 Sagamore Road Beach access lot 2. All work must adhere to the standards identified in the attached Construction Documents Plans and Specifications. 3. The scope of the contract includes labor, material, and equipment for the completion of the work described in the specifications. 4. All work identified shall be performed and completed based on the following: a) Maintenance dredge work of 350 cubic yards is to be completed during NTP thru January 15, 2026. All other ramp construction can be completed after as long as silt boom or curtain are installed prior to January 15, 2026. b) All remaining work is to be completed prior to May 1, 2026. 5. If the vendor fails to supply and/or deliver in time to meet the requirements of the Town, the Town reserves the right to obtain these services from another source. Any additional costs incurred by the Town because of a price differential between the price paid on the open market and the contract price will be charged against the contractor or deducted from any balance owed to the contractor. 6. All bids must be firm and continue in effect for a period of two (2) months from date of bid opening. 7. SERVICE AND WARRANTY TERMS: All proposal prices must include standard warranty as described in the Specification. 8. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: All delivery charges shall be included in the price of the service. 9. The work under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the reconstruction of the boat ramp and maintenance dredging as described in these Specifications, and as shown on the Plans or specified herein. B. Work includes, without limiting the generality thereof, providing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work shown on the plans including: 1. Complete necessary land survey to stake all improvements 2. Install and maintain all erosion controls. 3. Coordinate police details and traffic control as required to complete the work. 4. Utilize staging area in the paved area and Hen Cove beach parking lot as shown on Attachment B-4. 5. Dredge 350 cubic yards of material at the base of the boat ramp and dispose according to Attachment B-4 or at a pre-approved upload disposal area proposed by contractor and approved by Engineer. 6. Install 6"thick Old Castle concrete boat ramp planks (or equal) according to plans. 7. Install 10' long aggregate apron with 350-700 lb stones and install new trap rock (100 sf total). 8. Overlay existing bituminous boat ramp with 1-1.5" wearing course to match new boat ramp. 9. Reinstall disturbed signage and appurtenances. 10. Legally disposal of all excess soils and construction debris. 11. Clean up and any incidental remediation required of the work. C. TIME LIMITATIONS. The Order of Conditions has conditions for waterfront work. Also, per MA DMF, dredging is limited to October 1 st through January 15 th
