The project scope includes but is not limited to construction of a new central program campus on a 7-acre parcel located in Peoria, AZ, near Five North in Vistancia along W Westward Skies Dr. east of El Mirage Rd. As of March 3, 2026, the proposition for 2025 bond was approved. A construction manager has been selected. A firm timeline to construction start has not been announced. Original RFP for CM below for reference: Contractor shall maintain in current status all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds, and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Contractor. Contractor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of services under the Contract. District reserves the right to stop work and/or cancel the contract of any Contractor whose license(s) expire, lapse, are suspended, or are terminated. Provide detail regarding any liquidated damages ever accessed by an owner for late completion of a project within the past five years. Rights of Waiver, Rejection, and Cancellation. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Solicitation, District may waive any minor informality, reject any and all Offers or portions thereof, or cancel a Solicitation. Cancellation for Bankruptcy or Acquisition. District reserves the right to cancel, or suspend the use of, any Contract if Contractor files for bankruptcy protection, or is acquired by an independent third party.
