Questions Due Date: Dec 8th 2025, 2:00 PM MST All questions must be submitted through online The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: for wildland fire hazard reduction by mechanically thinning live and dead Conifer/Aspen stands. This will include use of a tracked feller buncher, wheeled or tracked skidder, tracked log loader, and dozer (D6 or equivalent) equipped with a standard commercial brush rake. Thinning of standing live and dead trees, saplings, and downed material will be accomplished through the use of a feller buncher, tracked or rubber tired skidder, dozer with commercial grade brush rack and a tracked log loader for piling. This task order includes the Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals. Project area totals 99 acres. Mandatory Site Visit: None: Vendor may visit site on their time. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Project Performance Time: Project must be completed by July 31, 2027. No operations will be allowed during the time frame of August 15, 2026 through November 15, 2026.
