As of December 12, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Separate sealed bids are requested for the Clearfork Utility District Roses Creek Pump Station Replacement Project. The project includes the construction of a new water booster pumping station in the Roses Creek community near Clairfield, Claiborne County, Tennessee. The project is supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund, and American Rescue Plan Act grant funding. Certain federal restrictions and requirements apply, including equal opportunity employment and compliance with the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act. Federal (Davis-Bacon) wage and hour provisions do not apply. Contractors and subcontractors must not appear on the SAM.gov disbarment list. Bidders must provide a detailed listing of all subcontractors and document that both the General Contractor and subcontractors meet minimum qualifications. Mark-ups on subcontractor work and Cost Plus Overhead are not eligible for reimbursement. A bid bond or certified check for five percent of the total bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of the bid and be licensed as a contractor by the Claiborne County Government before beginning work. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bidders are responsible for checking for addenda that may be issued.
