**As of January 15th, 2026, the project was awarded to: Chandler Trucking & Services with an awarded amount of $22,405 DEAA Corporation with an awarded amount $24,536.14 The City of Jacksonville is seeking to secure the services of a qualified demolition contractor(s) to remove various structures. This bid opportunity includes the removal of nine structures. Proposals will be evaluated utilizing the criteria provided. Submissions should include one original and three copies of the proposal, along with one digital copy, and should be returned in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the respondent, as well as "City of Jacksonville RFP #2026-601-01; Demolition Contract."
