St. Johns River Power Park Redevelopment is a JEA-led public redevelopment of the former coal-fired power plant site in North Jacksonville. The project is planned as a phased industrial redevelopment that could include warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and other port-supportive uses, leveraging the site’s proximity to JaxPort, Interstate 295, on-site rail access, and harbor access. Planning and due diligence have been underway as JEA evaluates outparcel sales, larger tract development, and supporting infrastructure for long-term reuse of the property. As of May 26, 2026, a contractor has not been selected yet. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.
