Site work for a water / sewer project in Mentor, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of December 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 06, 2025. The project consists of the installation of approximately 600' of new storm sewer and 13 catch basins, including pavement repairs, sidewalk repairs, and drive apron replacements. Sealed proposals are invited for the Blossom Drive Storm Sewer Replacement, OPWC Funded Project No. CG63AC/CG64AC. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications and submitted on forms available from Verdantas, LLC. The Prime Contractor and subcontractor are required, as practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements per Ohio Administrative Code Chapters 123:2-3 through 123:2-11 is required. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in Ohio Revised Code 153.011 apply to load-bearing structural purposes only.
