A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Coosa Water Authority is seeking bids from qualified vendors for supplies and materials for approximately 11,000 linear feet of six-inch (6") water line, all complete with appurtenances. No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Coosa Water Authority is seeking bids from qualified vendors for supplies and materials for the following: Approximately 11,000 linear feet of 6-inch water lines, all complete with appurtenances. Proposals for the complete work in one general contract shall be made on the proposal form provided and shall contain prices in words and figures for the work bid on. The bidder shall provide the lead time for material delivery. The price shall be the full, delivered cost to the Coosa Water Authority with no additions. Coosa Water Authority will award as one contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The work to be performed under this contract is partially funded with federal funds from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Water Sewer Infrastructure Grants established via the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and therefore is subject to federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Drawings and Specifications are open to public inspection at Coosa Water Authority office and at the offices of Turnipseed Engineers in Augusta and Atlanta, Georgia.
