The following supplies and materials are being solicited for sealed bids: highway grade and off-road diesel fuel, regular unleaded gasoline, antifreeze, motor oil, Moly EP Synthetic Plus Grease #2 (to be picked up or delivered to the County Garage); polyethylene culverts in specified sizes (priced per foot and size, picked up or delivered to County Facility); crushed limestone in specified sizes (picked up or delivered to County Garage or specific job sites); asphalt (as per state specifications, FOB or installed, with separate installed and pickup pricing categories, start date required, and timelines enforced for project initiation); rail and cribbing (20 feet steel with 4 feet spacing, rock provided by the County); and professional services including electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, carpentry, refrigeration, and concrete (bids per hour, licensing documentation required, concrete bids are by the yard and for both slab and/or wall). All applicable insurance and compensation documentation must be provided upon award. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. Sealed bids must be marked with the name of the material or service being bid.
