Site work and new construction of an office development in New York, New York. Working plans call for the construction of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

**As of December 11, 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if when project will rebid. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. The City of New York Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of the two new office spaces at OCME Hirsch building, located at 421 E. 26th Street, New York NY 10016, 13th Floor. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project on a Firm Fixed Fee basis. The proposal price shall include all costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, and freight. The contractor shall provide, but not limited to, the following services: 1) Provide shop drawing and material submittals for approval 2) Relocate furniture and office equipment for future re-use 3) Install protection and daily air scrubbers to mitigate dust and debris 4) Install metal tracks and studs (floor to deck) 5) Install wiring for light switches 6) Install HVAC branch supply duct (new office space and new corridor) 7) Install Store Front System 8) Install wood doors and hardware 9) Install sound attenuation batt insulation 10) Install GWB 11) Compound/Tape 12) Paint 13) Re-install furniture and equipment 14) Perform Air Balance for new office spaces and corridor 15) Daily Clean-up In general, the scope shall be to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, mobilization, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the construction of the two new office spaces at OCME Hirsch building. The contractor must provide all required documents via PASSPort. Failure to submit all required documents with the response will render the response incomplete and non-responsive and will result in the disqualification of the contractor. Faxed or e-mailed responses will not be accepted.
