As of 12/11/2025, this project has been cancelled. This project is expected to rebid with a 2027 construction schedule. Sealed bids are invited for the installation of an irrigation pump station at SkyView Golf Course. Bids must be submitted to the specified location by the deadline, where they will be publicly opened and read. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids received. SCOPE 1.1 It is the intent of this document to describe the installation of a full and complete irrigation pump station, based on industry standards, manufacturer's requirements and generally accepted practices for such an installation, and includes all labor and materials to install a commercial grade irrigation pump station accordance with Attachment A, included within. 1.2 The City of Alliance will receive Statement of Qualifications and Bids from firms having specific experience and qualifications in installing irrigation pump stations. 1.3 There is an existing pump station currently serving SkyView Golf Course. The existing water and electric hook-ups are available to use for this proposed new pump house equipment. 1.4 The contractor will include all tasks necessary to restore the job site to its original condition. This shall include but not be limited to backfilling all trenches and holes, necessary tamping to limit settling on disturbed areas. If any party contemplating the submission of a bid on this invitation is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or other documents, they should contact the person listed on the Cover Sheet under Prepared By. An interpretation of the bid invitation document will be made only by addendum duly issued to each party receiving a bid invitation.
