NU Project Number: 10126 Demolition and renovation of the Devaney Volleyball Player Suite at the Devaney Center. The work includes selective demolition, new construction of walls, doors, ceilings, finishes, casework, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Bidders are instructed to examine all drawings, specifications, and contract documents; attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting; submit all required forms, including bid form and bid security; and comply with all stated requirements. Interior installation of a new player's suite for Women's Volleyball, including a new lockerroom, lounge with pantry, film room, restroom renovations and player support spaces, along with interior renovations to the existing corridor and vomitorium to the Bob Devaney Sports Center. Project scope of work is all interior to the existing building. B. The following work will be performed by Owner personnel: 1. Firm Alarm System. 2. Card Access System. 3. Interior Signage. 4. Wireless Data Access System. 5. Control Systems. 6. Security Systems. C. Project Management including submittals, contract change management and other documents will be handled via the Owner's Project Management system. The Owner's Project Management System will be used for purposes of managing communication and documents during the design and construction phases.
