Reference number: 20107800 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-08 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 7 The contractor must accompany their tender with a tender guarantee valid for a period of 45 days from the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders. This guarantee must represent at least 10% of the amount tendered. Before the contract is concluded, the Contractor whose name is selected will be asked to provide a performance bond in an amount equal to 50% of the contract amount, in the form of a surety bond issued by a company legally authorized to act as surety, in accordance with the third paragraph of section 12 of the Regulation respecting construction work contracts of public bodies. This surety bond must be issued in favour of the Societe de l'assurance automobile du Quebec and comply with the provisions of the model surety bond provided in the appendix. Before the contract is concluded, the Contractor whose name is selected will be asked to provide a guarantee for the Contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services in an amount equivalent to 50% of the contract amount, provided in the form of a surety bond issued by a company legally authorized to act as surety, in accordance with the third paragraph of section 12 of the Regulation respecting construction work contracts of public bodies. This surety bond must be issued in favour of the Societe de l'assurance automobile du Quebec and the Manager-Builder and must comply with the provisions of the model surety bond provided in the appendix.
